Roscommon County Council has made provision to meet potential planning legal costs of €200,000 in a case scheduled for later this year, councillors have heard.

At Monday’s council meeting, Director of Services Martin Lydon told members that the council would be in the High Court in September in relation to the anaerobic digester in Tibohine.
