The National Lottery is appealing for its Lotto players across Co. Roscommon to check their Lotto tickets this morning as one lucky player won €96,338 on last night’s Lotto draw (Saturday 14th March).
The winner matched five numbers and the bonus number and bought their ticket at McNeill Foodstore, Abbey Street, Roscommon Town.
The winning numbers from last night’s Lotto draw are: 05, 08, 11, 18, 22, 36 and the bonus number is 40.
A National Lottery spokesperson said: We are appealing to our Roscommon Lotto players to check their tickets carefully to see if they are the lucky winner”.
Meanwhile Premier Lotteries Ireland (PLI), the operator of the National Lottery has confirmed that some restrictions have been put in place at its headquarters in Abbey Street in Dublin city centre following advice aith National Lottery HQ.
The spokesperson continued: “Our priority is always the safety of our employees and our players and given recent developments, so staff have been instructed to work remotely with a limited team on-site to facilitate draws and prize claims.”
“The necessary preparations have been put in place so that all draw activity will take place as scheduled, with Lotto, EuroMillions and Daily Million draws being conducted as normal. As per our usual claims process, prizes up to and including €100 may be claimed at any National Lottery agent store across the country. Agents may pay higher prizes (up to and including €2,500) at their discretion. An Post Prize Claim Centres guarantee payment of prizes less than €15,000.”
“All National Lottery prizes over €15,000 must be claimed at National Lottery HQ on Abbey Street in Dublin city centre. In light of the current circumstances, we are encouraging all of our lucky winners who have won prizes exceeding €15,000 to arrange an appointment by contacting our claims team by calling 1800 666 222 or 01 836 4444.”

There was no winner of last night’s Lotto jackpot, which rolls to an estimated €6 million for the next draw on Wednesday 18th March.
Nearly 30 cent in every €1 spent on all National Lottery games goes back to Good Causes in the areas of sport, youth, health, welfare, education, arts, heritage and the Irish Language. In total more than €5.6 Billion has been raised for Good Causes since the National Lottery was established 32 years ago. In 2019 alone, €250 million was raised for local Good Causes in communities across Ireland.
