Irish Water and Roscommon County Council have advised customers on the North Roscommon Water Supply that their water supply has been impacted as a result of a burst water main on the Dublin Road in Ballaghaderreen. Approximately 500 houses are affected by this unplanned outage in Tibohine, Lissacurkia and Lung.

It is expected that the repairs will be completed by this evening. Customers should expect to receive a full water supply by approximately 10 p.m. tonight.

Irish Water understands the inconvenience when a burst occurs and thanks customers for their patience while work to repair the burst and restore normal supply to impacted customers continues.  The customer care helpline is open 24/7 on 1850 278 278 and customers can also contact the company on  Twitter @IWCare with any queries.  For updates please see the water supply and services section of the website.
