Irish Water have warned that there may be a disruption to water supplies in the Ballaghaderreen area on Monday and Tuesday of next week, due to planned repair and installation works. A post on water.ie read:
“As part of the Leakage Reduction Programme, valve installation works may cause supply disruptions to New Street, Ballaghaderreen and surrounding areas in Co. Roscommon”.“Works are now scheduled to be carried out from 8 a.m. on Monday August 17th until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18th. We recommend that you allow 2-3 hours after the estimated restoration time for your supply to fully return”.
Irish Water has also warned of disruption to service in the Convent Road, New Street and Knockanaconny areas of the town in the early part of next week due to mains repair work.
