The lineup for next weekend’s King & Moffatt junior championship quarter-finals was set this afternoon in Dr. Hyde Park when the draw took place in between the two senior hurling championship ties at county headquarters.

Kilglass Gaels, who only secured their slot thanks to a playoff win over St. Ronan’s yesterday, will take on an in-form St. Brigid’s side, while on the same side of the draw, Western Gaels will meet St. Michael’s.

Pádraig Pearses, who remain in the hunt for senior, junior and minor honours after their minor semi-final win over Kilmore/Shannon Gaels/St. Ronan’s this afternoon will take on St. Joseph’s, with Clann na nGael meeting Roscommon Gaels in the other quarter-final fixture.

Meanwhile the groups were also drawn out for the Junior “B” championship, as follows:

Group A: Oran, Roscommon Gaels, St. Brigid’s, St. Dominic’s, St. Aidan’s.

Group B: Fuerty, Clann na nGael, Pádraig Pearses, Kilbride.

Group C: St. Faithleach’s, Kilglass Gaels, Kilmore, Shannon Gaels.

Group D: Strokestown, Michael Glaveys, St. Croan’s, Tulsk Lord Edwards.
