Roscommon Camogie Board is running a fundraiser — Camán A Walk With Us — from April 1st to May 1st.
Covid-19 has impacted on the board’s ability to raise important funds to ensure that its underage and adult teams are given the best opportunity to represent their county. Sport and exercise play a vital role in the health and well-being of children and adults. Roscommon camogie does its best to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for girls who want to play camogie
Those who would like to participate can contact a member of their club or Roscommon Camogie Board.
The eight clubs will battle it out to come top of the leader board on May 1st — the club that tops the leader board will receive 25 per cent of the money they raise.
The more kilometres people gather throughout the month, the higher your club will be on the leader board! The money affiliated to a club will count towards their overall kilometres (€1 = 1km).
Follow Roscommon Camogie on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram or visit www.roscommoncamogie.ie to follow the progress throughout the month — there may even be a few surprises!
Send in photos throughout the month — donations are appreciated, and support is welcome.
