Apartment 3, Marion Court, Ballaghaderreen.

Several Roscommon properties will be among a major online auction of Irish properties that will take place on Wednesday and Thursday, September 29th and 30th.

The Irish digital property investment platform, BidX1, will auction more than 330 properties which could see more than €60 million worth of sales taking place across the two days.

On Wednesday three Roscommon properties go for auction.

First up is a detached four-bedroomed house centrally located in Tarmonbarry village. Number 34 Barry’s Court, Tarmonbarry has a guide price of €125,000.

It benefits from a westerly facing garden to the rear and off-street parking to the front. The property is arranged over ground and first floor levels beneath a pitched roof and extends to approximately 135 sq. m (1,450 sq. ft).

The property is subject to a tenancy at a current rent of €9,000 per annum.

Next up is a four bedroomed home at Aghagower, Castlecoote on the market for €70,000.

The property has a large garden to the front and to the rear. It is arranged over ground and first floor levels beneath a pitched roof. It extends to approximately 223 sq. m (2,400 sq. ft) and on a site area extending to approximately 0. 26 ha (0.64 acres).

Also coming under the hammer will be Apartment 3, Marion Court, Ballaghaderreen, guiding for €45,000. The property, a first floor two bedroomed apartment, is comprised within a building arranged over ground and two upper floors. It extends to approximately 71 sq. m (764 sq. ft).

The final property to come under the hammer in County Roscommon will be Number 12 Friar’s Hill Close, Ballaghaderreen. This property, guiding for €80,000, provides a detached four bedroomed dormer style house with a west-facing garden to the rear. The property is arranged over ground and first floor levels beneath a pitched roof with off-street parking. The property extends to approximately 125 sq. m (1,345 sq. ft).
