Gardai are appealing for witnesses to a road collision that left a teenager seriously injured last weekend.
The incident occurred on the N4 in Edgeworthstown, County Longford, on Saturday May 7th, shortly after 8.15 p.m..
It is understood that a car collided with a female pedestrian who was subsequently taken to Mullingar Regional Hospital with what are described as “serious injuries”.
Gardai are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the crash or anyone with camera footage, including dash cam, to contact them.
