Roscommon County Council is seeking a contractor to build 13 residential units.

The tender was published on the state’s tendering website and the deadline for a response is August 19th.

The development consists of 11 new residential units and the conversion /extension of an existing house into two apartment units.

The proposed 13-unit development will be on two separate sites in Ardnanagh, Lisnamult, Roscommon Town.

The development at the first site will consist of the demolition of a dwelling house, its side and rear boundary walls, storage sheds, and the construction of four 2-bed terrace units, two 1-bed duplex apartments, and two 1-bed duplex apartments with 2 parking spaces to the rear.

It will also see the conversion of an existing two-storey detached house into two 2-bed duplex apartments, a new shared parking area to the rear for seven parking spaces, and one disabled parking space.

The second site will consist of three 2-bed terrace units with altered access and three off-street parking spaces.
