The new Roscommon senior boss will be guest speaker at a local charity event taking place at Roscommon Golf club this Friday.

The local Western Alzheimers voluntary committee will be holding its annual coffee morning at the club between 10.30 a.m. and 1 p.m. with all proceeds in aid of Western Alzheimers.

As part of the event, guest speaker Davy Burk will also launch the charity’s St. Stephen’s Day walk.
