Plans have been lodged to build 99 homes and a creche facility in South Roscommon.
The proposed development in Monksland comprises a mix of two storey two-bed units; two-bed apartments at first floor level over the creche; two storey three-bed semi-detached units; two storey four-bed semi-detached units and two storey four-bed detached units.
The development will also include the installations of a foul sewerage pumping station, surface-water attenuation tanks and all necessary ancillary site works.
County planners will make a decision on the development by February 5th next year.
