County Roscommon business suffers storm damage

A County Roscommon business has this evening announced that storm damage has forced it to close its doors early.
Day Break on the Knock Road in Castlerea advised customers that the business had suffered storm damage and the premises would be closed until the damage is repaired.
As strong winds knock out power to thousands of homes across the county and many roads are littered with debris, the advice from Gardai is to stay indoors unless absolutely necessary.
